Position: Independent Sales Representative

Location: Nationwide 

Responsibilities: As an Independent Sales Representative at MantelShop.ca, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our exclusive range of fireplace mantels, custom wood products, and home decor accessories. Your key responsibilities include:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline for sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of MantelShop.ca products, including fireplace mantels, custom wood products, and home decor items.
• Clearly communicate product benefits to potential customers.

Sales Presentations:

• Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations to showcase our diverse product range.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive buying experience.

Relationship Building:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and industry professionals.
• Network effectively to expand the customer base and enhance brand visibility.

Sales Targets:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, interior design, or custom wood product industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Comfortable with virtual communication tools and technology.

Compensation: This position is 100% commission-based, providing an excellent opportunity for unlimited earnings based on your sales performance.
