Smaller items, such as shelves and bottle holders, that are shipped domestically are sent via Ground or Home Delivery. Depending on the destination, the transit time can take between 1 and 7 business days.

Please be sure the shipping address provided on the invoice is the correct destination address. Mantel Shop is not responsible for reconsignment charges and you will not be refunded for your purchased items if they do not arrive. However, we will help in any way possible in contacting the shipping companies to reach out to you and have this promptly corrected.

We strive to ship out all custom items within 6 weeks of your order. We package each product carefully and securely to ensure no damages occur. We also work very closely with our shipping carriers with confidence that your packages are handled with the best of care.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Unfinished products do not have a warranty against warping because of changes in climate that can allow the wood to absorb moisture during transit. Incorrect finishing or improper hardware installation of a product can also cause warping which is why we highly encourage our customers to allow us to finish and ship sealed.

Mantel Shop always recommends professional installation by our team.

All designs created by Mantel Shop are copyright Mantel Shop. Any duplication, reproduction, distribution, sale or use of copyrighted works created by Mantel Shop without expressed written consent will be subject to prosecution.

• Duration: MantelShop offers a comprehensive 30-day warranty from the date of project completion on all custom carpentry work.
• Scope: The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or any modifications made by the client after project completion.

• Submission: Clients can report issues by emailing  contactus@mantelshop.ca or calling our customer service at (306)-581-8967.
• Timeline: Complaints must be reported within 30 days of project completion to be eligible for warranty coverage.

• Assessment: MantelShop will inspect the reported issue within 5 business days of receiving the complaint.
• Decision: A decision regarding the validity of the complaint will be made within 10 business days.
• Repair or Replacement: If the complaint is found to be valid, MantelShop will repair or replace the defective work at no additional cost to the client.

• Record Keeping: All complaints and their resolutions will be documented to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
• Client Acknowledgment: Clients will be asked to acknowledge the resolution in writing to confirm their satisfaction.

• Satisfaction Survey: MantelShop will follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the resolution.
• Feedback Collection: Clients’ feedback on the resolution process will be collected to help us improve our services.

• Transparency: MantelShop will maintain open and honest communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
• Updates: Clients will receive regular updates on the progress of their complaint resolution.
